Somebody asked this Daas about the story of Bibi Parbati jee of Agra. Bhai Vir Singh and Maha Kavi Santokh Singh have written that this bibi was married to a non-Sikh family and they objected to her devotion to Guru Sahib. They would not let her do paath and observe other rehit of Sikhi. This was the time of early reign of Siri Guru Hargobind Sahib jee.

Bibi jee had mountain faith in Guru Sahib and continued to devour Gurbani and Naam Gurmantra. This bibi used to do paath and ardaas before Guru Sahib to save her Sikhi. She became greatly devoted to Guru Sahib and so great was her devotion that sometimes she used to lose consciousness of her surroundings. One day early morning she was doing Ishnaan (bath) and got lost in the sweet memory of Siri Guru jee. She was begging Siri Guru jee to come and save her Sikhi. Naam inside her was going on in full vigour.

At this time, Siri Guru Hargobind Sahib jee Maharaaj was visiting Agra, where this bibi was from. Early morning Siri Guru jee mounted on His horse and arrived outside the house of this bibi. The bibi was taking shower on the second floor of her house and was totally absorbed in Guru Sahib's memory and was beseechingly asking Guru Sahib to give her darshan. While she was begging for Darshan, Siri Guru jee was standing outside her house. He lovingly addressed her as his daughter and announced that he had arrived. Bibi jee came out of the spiritual trance when she heard Siri Guru jee's sweeter-than-honey words but was greatly blushed since she was not wearing all her clothes. She quickly put on all her clothes and hurried downstairs to receive Siri Guru jee.

She came downstairs but beholding Siri Guru jee she could not stay standing on her feet. She could not control the convulsions in her trembling legs and I don't blame her because what would we do if we see Siri Guru jee? She fell in prostrating position. Siri Guru jee lifted her and pleasingly gave her bachan that everything in her home would become fine.

With arrival of Siri Guru jee, her family too saw the miracle of arrival of Siri Guru jee. They used to tease and mock Bibi jee when she used to call out Siri Guru jee but now when Siri Guru jee arrived, they too were surprised. They whole family became a devout Sikh family after this.
