ਰਾਮਚੰਦ ਕੀ ਲਸਟਿਕਾ literally means the stick of RaamChand. Raam Chandr the king of Ayudhya was known for doing justice and his justice or his punishment was known as ਰਾਮਚੰਦ ਕੀ ਲਸਟਿਕਾ.
