BhaI Sahib's Vichaar on Sant Maghar Singh

Why the British won the First World War?

The British had committed so many atrocities on Indians and above all, there were Gurmukhs like Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee in their jails suffering immensely at the time the First World War was going on. Despite having such huge bad Karma, why did they still win the war?

Here is the answer, in the words of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee:

(Ranglay Sajjan - Bhai Hira Harbachan Singh's lifesketch)

Basically Bhai Sahib is saying that the Naam Abhyaas Kamaaee of Gurmukhs in jail would have destroyed the British empire but since there were Gurmukhs like Sirimaan Bhai Harbachan Singh jee, Bau Mal Singh jee and Sant Maghar Singh jee in the British army, they won the war. The British think that they won the war because of their capabilities but the reality is that they won because of the aforementioned Bhagat Jan serving in the British army.

Second thing to note is that Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee never physically met Sant Maghar Singh jee but he has still recognized him as great Gurmukh. When Sant Maghar Singh came on the Panthik scene around 1919-1920, Bhai Sahib was in jail and when Sant Maghar Singh left for Sachkhand, Bhai Sahib was still in jail. Bhai Sahib never met him physically but Sant Maghar Singh was known to Bhai Sahib, nevertheless. This was the Aatmak (spiritual) relation Bhai Sahib and Sant jee had. Sant jee was such a wonderful Gurmukh who's very mention brings peace to the heart.

Daas,
Kulbir Singh
